We offer door-to-door courier service by our nominated courier company. Our shipping rates are free for all orders above R3 000.00 within South Africa, unless specified otherwise.
Courier delivery usually takes 5-7 working days once payment has been received. Please note that orders are only activated once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared.
Carina Baby & Little Trendsetter assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery of the package, you will be charged for return shipping. We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery.
The product must be unassembled, unused and in saleable condition. Products showing signs of use or missing labels are not considered new and are thus considered non-returnable.
You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective or damaged due to shipping. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once we have received your item you will be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund. If you are returning a product, send an email to email@example.com. We will help you with the specifics and answer any questions about your return.
If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange to get you a non-damaged item as soon as possible.

1. EFT directly into our bank account. (Bank details are provided for on the invoice)
